Sarah’s new life away from South Sudan

Seven-year-old Sarah fled the conflict in South Sudan with her aunt and cousins, and now live in Bidibidi refugee settlement and attends the Plan-supported ECCD centre each day. Her favourite game to play is skipping.The Plan-supported Early Childhood Care and Development (ECCD) Centre in Bidibidi refugee settlement, provides a nurturing and safe environment for children to recover from the trauma they’ve experienced. The centre is attended by over 500 children aged 3 to 8 years who have escaped the conflict in South Sudan.
