Integrated community camp in Uganda

Kamuli district sees high rates of infant, child and maternal mortality due to lack of access to basic healthcare. Plan International’s Integrated Community Camp brings key healthcare services such as immunisation and treatment for malaria, pneumonia and malnutrition to hard to reach communities. Mothers bring their babies for a malnutrition assessment which measures the baby’s weight, height and upper arm circumference.
